摘要
采用分散染料对聚乙烯纤维进行染色,研究了乙醇与水的体积比、染色温度、染色时间、助剂以及后处理工艺对纤维染色性能的影响。优化的工艺为:染料2%,渗透剂JFC 2 g/L,乙醇与水的体积比为1∶1,90℃浸染20 min,100℃烘燥20 min,再加入匀染剂。织物的染色深度和各项色牢度基本满足要求。
Polyethylene fibers is dyed with disperse dyes. The effects of volume ratio of ethanol to water, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, additives and post-treatment process on dyeing performance of dyed fiber are studied. The optimized process is: disperse dyes 2%, penetrant JFC 2 g/L, volume ratio of ethanol to water 1: 1, dyeing at 90 ℃ for 20 min, drying at 100℃ for 20min, and then adding leveling agent. The dyeing depth and color fastness of dyed polyethylene fibers meet the basic quality requirements.
