摘要 分析了现行中国国家标准和行业标准中对有毒有害物质的具体规定和要求,指出了其对应的欧美国家的法律法规要求,探讨了我国印染生产加工中有害物质排放现状,分析了部分有害物质在印染生产中存在的可能性。 The existing requirements and regulations on restricted substances in China national standards or industrial standards, as well as their counterparts in the laws and regulations in Europe and the United States are reviewed. Both the current situation of restricted substances in the exhausted wastes in some of the China dyeing and printing factories, and the possibilities of the restricted substances presented during dyeing and printing are also analyzed.
