获得性对称性肢端角化症1例及文献复习

Acquired Symmetrical Acrokeratoderma: a Case Report and Literature Review

患者男,35岁,双手及手腕褐色斑片接触水后半小时以内变为白色皮疹,伴紧绷感,离开水擦干约10min后症状消失,反复发作30余年。皮损有明显季节性,夏季较重,冬季自然缓解。无过敏史、特殊接触史及家族史。皮肤科情况:双手及手腕对称分布褐色斑片。接触水后局部皮损发白、肿胀,皮纹明显加深,脱离水后,自行恢复至原有褐色斑片。诊断:获得性对称性肢端角化症。

A 35-year old man presented with brown patch on the hands and wrists for thirty years. Those lesions become whitish papules after brief immersion in water and resolved within 10 minutes after wiped. There was no allergy, no special contact history and family history found. He was diagnosed as acquired symmetrical acrokeratoderma.
