丹参酮联合米诺环素治疗中、重度痤疮35例临床观察

Efficacy and Safety of Oral Tanshinone Combined with Minocycline in Treatment of Moderate to Severe Acne Vulgaris

目的探讨丹参酮胶囊联合米诺环素治疗中、重度痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的92例中、重度痤疮患者随机分为三组,治疗组(35例)予丹参酮胶囊联合米诺环素口服治疗,对照1组(28例)予口服丹参酮胶囊治疗,对照2组(29例)予米诺环素胶囊口服治疗,三组患者均同时外用夫西地酸乳膏,疗程8周。结果治疗8周后,治疗组有效率91.43%,明显高于对照1组有效率(67.86%)和对照2组有效率(72.41%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照1组和对照2组有效率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访:对照2组复发率(33.33%,3例/9例)略高于治疗组(20.00%,3例/15例)和对照1组(22.22%,2例/9例),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参酮胶囊联合米诺环素治疗中、重度痤疮疗效和安全性均较好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tanshinone combined with minocycline in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods There were ninety-two patients with moderate-to-severe acne, which were randomly recruited into three groups. Group 1-combined treatment group： thirty-five patients were treated by oral Tanshinone and minoeyeline; Group 2-control 1 group： twenty-eight patients were trea- ted with oral Tanshinone alone ; Group 3-control 2 group ： twenty-nine patients were treated with oral minocycline alone. All patients were administered topical fusidic acid cream. The response was compared in patients from three groups after eight weeks therapy, and followed up for two months. Results After eightweek treatment, the effective rate of combination group （91.43%） was significantly higher than that of control 1 group （67. 86% ） and control 2 group （72.41%） （P 〈0. 05）, but there is no significant difference between the two control groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Follow-up study showed that the recurrence rate （33.33 %, 3/9 cases） in the control 2 group was mildly higher than that in the treatment group （20. 00% ,3/15 cases） and the control 1 group （22. 22% ,2/9 cases）, but there is no significant difference among them（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of oral Tanshinone capsule with minocycline is an effective and safe regimen to treat moderate to severe aene vulgaris.
