Oculomotor nerve palsy after covered stent implantation for giant aneurysm located at cavernous segment of internal carotid artery:report of one case

临床资料 患者女，49岁，因“反复发作性意识丧失3年”于2015年10月09日入院。既往3级高血压病病史6年，无动脉瘤家族史。入院体检：神志清楚，右利手，言语流利。脑神经检查未见明显异常，四肢肌力及肌张力均正常，脑膜刺激征阴性．余神经系统检查未见明确阳性体征。
