摘要
计量器具是装卸场站重要的检测检验器具,为保障在用衡器的可靠性、准确性,积极探讨衡器在冻凝过程中发生失效现象;经过现场实际勘察调研,运用稳健性设计理念,消除原结构上所存在一点瑕疵,开创新的半空间墩台基础结构,解决封冻圈范围内的车用衡器冻害问题,使冻融变化季节里的冻凝风险获得有效规避,保障计量器具有效运行,提高计量器具利用功效。
