体外膈肌起搏联合无创呼吸机对慢性阻塞性肺病康复护理研究

Study on Rehabilitation Nursing of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Extracorporeal Diaphragm Pacing Combined with Noninvasive Ventilator

为研究体外膈肌起搏联合无创呼吸机对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的提高康复效果,对100例COPD患者进行一般治疗护理的同时结合使用体外膈肌起搏与无创呼吸机.结果表明:100例患者能够有效控制上呼吸道感染,肺功能得到改善,减少反复发作的次数,提高生活质量.因此,根据COPD患者实际情况进行一般治疗护理及体外膈肌起搏和无创呼吸机治疗有一定的积极效果.

Using extracorporeal diaphragm pacing combined with noninvasive ventilator to treat patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）, it aims to improve the effect of rehabilitation. It chose a group of 100 cases of COPD patients with general care, combined with extracorporeal diaphragm pacing combined with noninvasive ventilator. The results showed that the it could effectively control the upper respiratory tract infection, improve lung function, reduce the number of repeated attacks, and improve the quality of life. It concluded that extracorporeal diaphragm pacing combined with noninvasive ventilator is effective in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.
