摘要
通过借鉴CDIO先进的教育模式,将高等工程教育思想融入到应用型人才培养方案及改革实践中.以物联网工程专业人才培养方案构建为例,从方案总体思路的确立、培养目标的定位、培养标准的制定和课程体系的建设等方面,规划并构建了理论与实践相结合的物联网工程应用型人才培养体系,有助于提高物联网工程人才的研究开发能力和实践应用能力.
By drawing from the advanced education mode of CDIO, it introduced its advanced engineering education into practical talent cultivation program and reform practice. Taking personnel cultivating program for example, it firstly analyzed how to establish the general idea, lock the cultivation target, formulate the cultivation standards and construct the curriculum system for it, then it designed and constructed a practical talent cultivation system for Internet of Things Engineering which combines the theory with the practice. It will contribute to improving the Internet of Things Engineering talent abilities in research and development, and their practical application abilities.
