摘要
通过查阅资料,运用实地调查法、文献法等研究方法,分析了素质拓展课程对大学生的必要性与可行性,分别从素质拓展课程对学生心身素质的影响、人格培养、潜能的激发、团队协作能力的培养等方面进行了阐述,为学校引入素质拓展课程的开设进行理论分析,为高校素质拓展课程的开展提供依据.
With a large number of reference materials and the research methods of literature, it analyzed the quality development course of the necessity and feasibility of college students, from the following perspectives of the curriculum influence on students' psychosomatic quality, the quality and personality, the potential tapping, teamwork ability training. It set up theoretical analysis for the school quality development course introduction, serving as the reference to the quality development for colleges and universities outward-bound course.
