提高高职生学习力方法的研究

The Study of Improving the Learning Ability of Higher Vocational Students

为了清楚地了解目前高职生学习力现状,选取几所典型高职院校作为研究对象,开展了深入的研究。通过研究分析,得到了目前高职生学习力的现状:学习动力不足、学习效率不高、缺乏毅力和创新精神等。针对这一现状,从高职生本身、高职生日常管理、高职生教学等方面提出了提高高职生学习力的四种方法,为高职院校培养高素质、高技能人才提供了一定的参考。

In order to clearly understand the current situation of college students＇ learning ability, it selects several typical vocational colleges for the study and conducts in-depth research. Through the analysis, it gets to know the current situation of learning ability： the lack of motivation, the low learning efficiency, the lack of perseverance and innovation and so on. In response to this situation, in terms of vocational students themselves, the daily management of vocational students, and the teaching of vocational students it puts forward four methods to improve college students＇ learning ability and provides certain reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality, highly skilled talents.
