人民币国际化一直备受瞩目,2016年10月,人民币正式加入SDR,成为全球第五大货币。汇率作为国际经济关系正常发展的重要纽带,发挥着越来越重要的作用。汇率制度的变革,给中小企业带来了深刻的影响,它关系中小企业的经济收益和未来前景。因此作为企业的管理者必须认识外汇风险的种类和本质,提高对外汇风险的重视程度,采用有效的外汇风险管理模式和办法进行管理,提高企业经济效益,减少重大损失。最后,论文分析了VaR测量方法的种类和特点,阐述了人民币升值对中小企业外汇风险管理的积极和消极影响。

The internationalization of the RMB has been high-profile,in October 2016,the yuan officially joined the SDR,becoming the world’s fifth largest currency. Exchange rate as a normal development of international economic relations important link,is playing an increasingly important role. Change of exchange rate system has brought the profound influence to small and medium enterprises,its relations of small and medium-sized enterprise economic benefits and the future prospect. Therefore as the enterprise managers must know the types and the essence of the foreign exchange risk,improve the degree of attention to the foreign exchange risk,adopt effective manage foreign exchange risk management mode and method,improve enterprise economic benefits and reduce the heavy losses.This paper analyzes the types and characteristics of VAR measurement method,expounds the influence of the appreciation of the RMB on small and medium-sized enterprise foreign exchange risk management.
