摘要
miRNA(microRNA)是一种小的单链非编码RNA,具有转录后调节基因表达的作用。最近研究发现miRNA在膀胱癌的发生、发展和预后中发挥重要作用。本文对相关研究进行综述,以期更好地理解膀胱癌的发生机理,并为其辅助诊断和治疗提供理论基础。
miRNAs are small single- stranded noncoding RNAs that post- transcriptionally regulate gene expression. Recent studies have indicated that miRNAs play an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of bladder cancer. In this paper,we review the related studies and aim to have a better understanding of mechanism of bladder cancer and provide theoretical basis for the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment.
