纤维母细胞生长因子10对鸡胚尿囊膜血管形成的作用

Effect of Fibroblast Growth Factor 10 on Angiogenesis in Chicken Chorioallantoic Membrane

目的探讨纤维母细胞生长因子10(FGF10)对鸡胚尿囊膜血管生长作用。方法应用胶原蛋白共培养方法,分别于培养液中加入100ng·mL-1的FGF10(FGF10组)、100ng·mL-1 FGF10和20μmol·L-1 SU5402(SU5402组)作用于鸡胚尿囊膜血管内皮细胞组织块,同时设立空白对照组,观察3组新生血管的形成状况。结果与空白对照组比较:FGF10组新生血管形成面积显著增加(P<0.001);SU5402组中SU5402可抑制FGF10的作用,其新生血管形成面积显著下降(P<0.001)。结论 FGF10能促进鸡胚尿囊膜新生血管的形成。

Objective To study the effect of fibroblast growth factors 10（FGF10）on the angiogenesis in chicken chorioallantoic membrane（CAM）.Methods Vascular endothelium from chicken CAM was cultured in medium supplemented with FGF10（100ng·mL^-1）alone or in combination with SU5402（20μmol·L^-1）using collagen co-culture method.The angiogenesis was observed in control,FGF10 and SU5402groups.Results Compared with control group,FGF10 treatment significantly increased the area of angiogenesis（P〈0.001）.However,SU5402 treatment suppressed the effect of FGF10.Compared with FGF10 group,the area of angiogenesis significantly decreased in SU5402group（P〈0.001）.Conclusion FGF10 can promote the angiogenesis in chicken CAM.
