2012—2015年南昌市青云谱区居民主要死因fulfillment指数分析

Fulfillment Index Analysis of Main Causes of Death in Community Residents in Qinyunpu District of Nanchang,2012-2015

目的了解南昌市青云谱区居民主要死因及其对居民寿命的影响程度。方法以2012—2015年南昌市青云谱区死亡监测数据中所有死亡个案为研究对象,用SPSS18.0软件对死亡率、死因构成等指标进行统计分析,按照Fulfillment指数法计算青云谱区主要死因对居民寿命的影响程度。结果 2012—2015年青云谱区居民标化死亡率为478.56/10万;主要死因的Fulfillment指数最大值分布：循环系统疾病为80-84岁年龄组的42.08、肿瘤为50-54岁的43.68、呼吸系统疾病为80-84岁的18.00、伤害为25-29岁的56.22、内分泌与营养及代谢疾病为60-64岁的4.01。结论 Fulfillment指数可以指示不同死因对各年龄段居民寿命的影响程度,突出疾病防治工作重点,对提高居民寿命有积极作用。

Objective To understand the main causes of death and their influence on the lifetime of community residents in Qinyunpu District of Nanchang.Methods All individual cases of death in the monitoring data of Qinyunpu District from 2012 to 2015were included in this study.The mortality and death causes were analyzed using SPSS18.0software.The degree of influence of main death causes on resident lifetime was calculated using Fulfillment index method.Results The standardized mortality ratio was 478.56/100,000 in Qingyunpu Distric（2012-2015）.The maximum fulfillment index was 42.08 for circulatory system diseases in 80-84 age group,43.68 for carcinoma in 50-54 age group,18.00 for respiratory system diseases in 80-84 age group,56.22 for injury in 25-29 age group,and 4.01 for endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases in 60-64 age group.Conclusion Fulfillment index can indicate the influence of different causes of death on the lifetime of residents of all ages.Therefore,it can highlight the emphasis on prevention and treatment of diseases and play apositive role in increasing lifetime of residents.
