The EPC（ Engineering Procurement Construction） management mode adopted in Jingmen Xianghe Wind Farm Project is discussed. The reasons for the owner to choose this management mode and the practical procurement procedures are introduced. Based on the management experience,it is suggested that the EPC construction management mode is of a broad application prospect.
