摘要
基于CFD和模型试验,研制了离心式高效泥泵,成功应用于4 500 m^3耙吸挖泥船的泥泵改造。应用流体仿真软件,模拟了新设计高效泥泵的三维流场,预测了水力性能;基于相似定律,按照0.694的比例制造了模型泵,在试验台上进行了清水外特性试验,验证了高效泥泵的水力性能。泥泵改造后的实船清水测试表明,在流量9 000~11 000 m^3/h,右泵测试效率达到80%~87%,左泵测试效率均达到78%~86%;跟踪采集挖泥数据,改造后左泵泥浆密度由1.25 t/m^3提高至1.30 t/m^3,流量由7 667 m^3/h提高至8 183 m3/h,改造后生产效率得到明显提高,同时降低了油耗,达到了节能增效的目标。
Based on the CFD and model experiment, we developed the high efficiency centrifugal pump, which was applied in dredge pump renovation for 4 500 m^3/h trailing suction hopper dredger successfully. Based on the fluid simulation software, we simulated the three dimensional flow field of high efficiency pump, forecasted the hydraulic performance; Based on the similarity law, we designed and made the model pump according to the proportion of 0.694, carried external characteristic test on the test bed for water to verify the efficient dredge pump hydraulic performance. After the new pump is installed on the dredger, the water tests show that the test efficiency of starboard pump is 80 %-87 %, and the test efficiency of portside pump is 78 %-86 %, when the flow is from 9 000 to 11 000 m^3/h; The dredging data of the portside pump show that the density of pumping mud is increased from 1.25 t/m^3 to 1.30 t/m^3, and the rate of flow is increased from 7 667 m^3/h to 8 183 m^3/h. The application of high efficiency centrifugal pump increases the production efficiency and reduces the fuel consumption of dredging work. Finally the goal of energy saving and efficiency increasing is achieved.
