大型超硬材料砂轮基体的数字化仿真设计

摘要 在本文涉及的大型高速超硬材料砂轮钢基体的设计过程中,利用三维软件Pro/e及仿真分析软件ANSYS对设计过程进行了数字化的仿真分析。在对砂轮基体进行参数化建模和优化设计后,对砂轮基体进行强度和动态特性分析,并联合三维软件完成了砂轮基体的数字化建模。通过优化设计分析和数字化模型,得到了砂轮基体的质量属性和工作过程中基体内部的应力、应变以及变形位移量的直观图形。以分析结果作为参考,以期为大型砂轮基体的设计制造提供相应的理论依据。 In the design process of large-scale high-speed superhard materials grinding wheel steel, the design process is simulated and analyzed digitally by using Pro / e software and ANSYS. After the parametric modeling and optimization design of the grinding wheel base, the strength and dynamic characteristics of the grinding wheel substrate were analyzed, and the digital modeling of the grinding wheel base was completed by using the 3D software. Through the optimization design analysis and digital model, the quality of the grinding wheel matrix and the work of the process of matrix stress, strain and deformation of the intuitive graphics. The analysis results are used as reference for the design and manufacture of large-scale grinding wheel substrate to provide the corresponding theoretical basis.
