摘要 为使学生走出学校后更快适应就业岗位,满足企业需求,以液压与气压传动技术课程为例,改变传统的教学手段,采用理实一体化教学模式拉近高职学生与就业岗位的距离,实现高职教育培养高技术技能应用型人才的目标,让学生掌握更多的实践操作技能,被社会认可。为更好地解决课堂教学过程中教与学脱节、学与用分离的弊病,作者结合在教学过程中的具体做法,阐述理实一体化教学方法的价值所在。 In order to make the students out of school after quickly adapt to jobs, to meet the needs of the enterprise, the technology of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission course as an example, to change the traditional teaching methods, the integration of theory and practice teaching mode of Higher Vocational Students’ employment and closer distance, implementation of training applied high skill talents in higher vocational education goals, make students master more practical skills, recognized by society. In order to solve the problems of teaching and learning in the course of classroom teaching and learning, to learn and to use the drawbacks of separation, the author combined with the specific practice in the teaching process, expounds the value of the integrated teaching method.
