摘要
建筑物下采煤引起地表建筑物损害,对建筑物损害程度的科学评价是建筑物补偿的依据。基于层次分析法的矿区建筑物损害程度模糊评价,选取裂缝最大宽度、累计宽度等2个建筑物损害因子和建筑物所处位置地表的下沉值、水平变形值、曲率值和倾余变形等4个诱发因子,利用层次分析法确定其权重,分析各因子的隶属度,确定建筑物的损害等级。相比传统评价方法,模糊评价不但考虑建筑物损害静态损害状况,而且也考虑了地表变形的动态发育,评价模型更能客观真实地反映建筑物损害情况,为矿区建筑物损害提供科学评价方法。
The damage of the buildings is caused by the coal mining under the buildings. The scientific evaluation of the damage degree of buildings is the basis of building compensation theory. Fuzzy evaluation of damage degree of buildings in mining area is based on analytic hierarchy process. Building damage factors are seletfed which are the maximum crack width and cumulative width and 4 inducing factors which are the surface subsidence,horizontal deformation curvature and tilt deformation of the ground surface in the building. The weight of each factor is defermined by means of analytic hierarchy process,and the level of damage to buildings is confirmed by analyzing the membership degree of each factor. Compared with the traditional evaluation method,the fuzzy evaluation method is not only combined with the static state of the building damage,but also considered the dynamic development of the surface deformation. The evaluation method is more objective and real reflection the degree of building damage. The evaluation model provides a scientific evaluation method for building damage in mining area.
