摘要
针对综采工作面传统监测系统一直存在真实感不强、监测效果不佳、可靠性差等问题,提出一种基于WPF技术的综采工作面三维在线监测方法。该方法结合计算机模拟技术,采用三维可视化技术建立综采工作面设备和环境的仿真模型,并构建其三维虚拟场景。详细地阐述了仿真中模型的驱动、数据采集和数据通信的关键问题。在数据通信系统中加入数据服务器,使通信系统配置和数据推送更加方便,同时提高了监测系统的数据安全性。试验结果表明,由该方法实现的三维在线监测系统具有操作简单、直观性强、可靠性高等优点,应用前景广阔。
Aiming at the problems that poor sense of reality,ineffective monitor,and poor reliability of the traditional monitoring system in mechanized mining face,a method of 3D online monitoring was proposed based on WPF technology. This method used 3D visualization technology to establish the simulation model of fully mechanized mining equipment and environment. Some key issues of the model driving were elaborated,such as data acquisition and data communication in detail,the data server was added in the data communication system,which makes the communication system configuration and data push more convenient,and improves the data security of the monitoring system. The test results show that the 3D online monitoring system realized by this method has the advantages of simple operation,high reliability,high reliability and wide application prospect.
