What is"Minzokugaku"?

世界上的民俗学不止一种。在众多民俗学中,"日本民俗学"是怎样形成又是怎样发展至今,今后的"日本民俗学",或者用更普遍的说法——"民俗学"究竟应当以怎样一种方式存在,是本论所关心的内容。在全球化语境下,民俗学的作用越来越大。在不可抗拒的全球化浪潮汹涌来袭的今天,居住在世界各地各种肤色的人们应当如何面对和接受,并在这股浪潮中生存下去。这种生存的智慧在民俗中又是怎样体现的。是民俗学需要解决的一大课题。

This study focuses on the formation,development and future existence of Japanese 'Minzokugaku'(namely Japanese folklore),among all the folklore in the world.The studies of folklore plays an increasingly important role in the context of overwhelming globalization,which poses a major research topic,for this study,on how people in different regions of the world accept and survive this irresistible trend,as well as how their wisdom of survival is embodied in folklore.
