综合康复护理在鼻咽癌放疗患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy

目的探讨综合康复护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者的张口困难和心理状态的影响。方法鼻咽癌放疗患者46例随机分为观察组和对照组,各23例。对照组实施常规放疗护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合康复护理干预措施。观察治疗6个月后2组门齿间距、张口困难评分、生活舒适指数(SSD)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,评价2组治疗依从率和护理满意率。结果观察组门齿间距小于对照组,张口困难评分、SSD及SDS评分低于对照组,治疗依从率和护理满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施综合康复护理干预,能显著减轻张口困难程度,改善心理状态,提高治疗从性和护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing inter-ventions on difficulty of mouth opening and mental status of asopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergo-ing radiotherapy. Methods A total of 46 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group. Both two groups received routing nursing care during radiotherapy, and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions. The interincisor distance, difficulty of mouth opening, comfortable level by SDD, self-rating depression scale （SDS） was observed. The treatment compliance and satisfaction degree to nursing service were evaluated at 6 months after treatment. Results Patients in the observation group had a shorter interin-cisor distance, lower score in mouth opening difficulty assessment, lower SDD and SDS score compared with those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than those in the control group respectively, with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is potentially effective to re-lieve mouth opening and mental status of asopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy.
