预见性护理在预防外科手术后下肢深静脉血栓中的作用

Value of predictive nursing in prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after surgery

目的探讨预见性护理在预防外科术后下肢深静脉血栓中的效果。方法 58例外科手术患者根据入院编号分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用预见性护理。观察2组下肢深静脉血栓发生率、干预前后静脉通畅评分和下肢静脉血流速度变化。结果研究组下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组下肢静脉通畅评分均较干预前降低,且研究组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组下肢静脉血流速度均较干预前加快,且研究组血流速度较对照组快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论预见性护理能有效预防外科术后下肢深静脉血栓发生,促进下肢静脉通畅。

Objective To evaluate the value of predictive nursing in prevention of deep ve-nous thrombosis of lower extremity after surgery. Methods A total of 58 patients undergoing open surgery were assigned into the control group and the study group according to the admission number, with 29 patients in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the predictive nurs-ing interventions were carried out in the study group. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, score of venous patency before and after the operation and the blood flow velocity of the low-er extremity were observed and compared between two groups. Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis was lower in the study group than that of controls （P 〈0. 05） . The venous patency score was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and was lower in the study group than that of con-trols, with a significant difference （P 〈0. 05） . The venous blood flow velocity was accelerated in both of two groups after intervention, and was higher in the study group than that of controls, with a signifi-cant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and to promote patency of lower extremity veins.
