鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的术后护理

Postoperative care in patients with fungal maxillary sinusitis undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery

目的总结鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的术后护理对策。方法收集50例经鼻内镜手术治疗的真菌性上颌窦炎患者的临床资料。结果 50例真菌性上颌窦炎患者均治愈出院,术后未发生严重并发症。结论真菌性上颌窦炎患者行鼻内镜治疗术后,应从术后体位、并发症防治、出院指导等方面予以护理措施,可促进患者早日康复。

Objective To summarize the postoperative nursing measures in patients with fun-gal maxillary sinusitis （FMS） undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods To retrospectively ana-lyze the clinical data of 50 FMS patients. Results All patients received nasal endoscopic surgery and were cured and discharged without postoperative complications. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out comprehensive nursing interventions focusing on posture adjustment, complication prevention and health education at discharge, in order to improve the rehabilitation.
