摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在规范急诊抢救室护理记录质量中的应用效果。方法总结2014年6月—2015年6月抢救室护理记录中存在的问题并分析原因,于2015年7月—2016年7月开展品管圈活动,分别抽取活动前后100份护理记录,对比实施前后急诊抢救室护理记录缺漏项发生情况。结果急诊抢救室护理记录缺漏项率由实施品管圈活动前的14.4%降至活动后的2.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施品管圈活动后,圈成员责任心、自信心、积极性、解决问题能力、团队凝聚力、沟通协调、幸福感和品管手法方面得到提升。结论品管圈活动可提高抢救室的护理记录书写质量,为抢救室的规范化奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle ( QCC ) on standardi-zation of nursing record in emergency room. Methods To summarize the potential risk factors in nurs-ing record from June 2014 to June 2015. The QCC was established between July 2015 and July 2016. A total of 200 cases of nursing record were selected (100 cases before and after implementation respective-ly) ,and the missing in nursing records were analyzed. Results The rate of missing in nursing records dropped from 14.4% before implementation to 2.6% after implementation, with a significant difference (P 〈0. 05) . QCC member achieved a better peifomiance in responsibility, confidence, initiative, prob-lem- solving, group cohesiveness, coordination, happiness and QCC skills after implementation of QCC. Conclusion Application of QCC can improve the quality of nursing record in emergency room.
