防震减灾科普基层宣讲技巧和新思路探索

Speaking skill and new ideas on the popularization of protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters

基层是防震减灾宣传工作的基础阵地,是难点也是"短板"^([1])。面对面地宣讲是加强基层防震减灾宣传工作的关键一环,宣讲技巧与方法对宣讲效果影响很大。不同场景、不同内容、不同对象,在宣讲技巧运用上是有差异的。笔者从事防震减灾工作以来,从2008年汶川地震后在潍坊市直机关、企事业单位,各大中专院校、中小学校,社区等单位做防震减灾科普报告累计110余场次,在宣讲实践中分析基层宣讲遇到的问题,不断积累、不断探索和创新,增强了基层防震减灾宣讲效果。

The basic unit is the basis of propaganda work on protecting against and miti-gating earthquake disasters. Preach by face to face is a key link to strengthen the grass-roots propaganda work on protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters. Speaking skills and the method had a great influence on the effect of preaching. Different scenarios, content and audience have different speaking skills. The author is engaged in the work on earthquake disasters after the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, and gave speaking on the popularization of protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters more than 110 times,with spread of enterprises, institutions, colleges, primary and secondary schools, communities and other units. This paper present some speaking skill and new ideas on the popularization of protec-ting against and mitigating earthquake disasters.
