摘要以万向集团收购 A123和菲斯科为例,分析了中国制造企业海外并购的动机和实现路径选择.结论表明,并购操纵实现了我国制造企业对资源、技术、品牌和市场的需求,收购成功所带来的影响有利于行业整体发展.
