As people became increasingly concerned about food safety, pesticide residue detection infruits and vegetable# is getting more and more important. Sample preparation is a key step in the pesticidedetection of multi - residues. In recent years, new sample prepara-tion technologies is emerging. The latestresearch progress on sample pretreatment techniques was reviewed in this paper. The characteris-tics ofeach of these technologies and their application status were analyzed, and the status of these technologiesand trends analysis and outlook were summarized.
