摘要
秦汉三国时期,随着农业、手工业、商业等的发展,人们的饮食结构和内容不断得到改善,食物品种增多,并有一些新内容出现和推广。大致来看,这一时期的饮食主要包括粮食、蔬菜、水果、饲养及捕猎的动物、调味品、乳制品及茶等,每一种又包含多个类别的内容,体现出了食物品种的日益丰富和多样化。该时期食物品种的丰富多样,与当时的农业发展有着密切关联,同时也与其他饮食内容有着不可分割的关系,并在一定程度上影响到社会发展进程及人类文明的演进,尤其是影响到农业、手工业及对外物质文化交流等诸多方面,社会风尚或风俗的形成也与之有相应关系。秦汉三国时期食物品种所体现的营养、膳食搭配等内容,还有助于考察当时社会人群的体质、营养观念等。
From Qin Dynasty to the Three-Kingdom Period, people's diet improved increasingly with thedevelopment of agriculture, manufacture and commerce. There was a diversity of food, with new content appearing andgeneralizing. Basically, diet in this period included crop, vegetable, fruit, domestic hunted animals, seasoning,dairy, tea, etc. Every category contained many kinds of foods, which embodied the diversity of diet. The diversity hada great deal to do with the development of agriculture and other diets. To some extent, this diversity exerted impacton society and culture development, especially on agriculture, manufacture and external trade. Also, custom and trendwere under the influence of diet diversity. The variety of foods in Qin to Three-Kingdom Period represented manycontents like nutrition and Dietary collocation,diet is meaningful for studying the wellbeing of society and diet views.
