摘要 连续管钻井振动减阻工具对连续管钻井技术的发展和应用具有重要意义。国外已有较为成熟的减阻工具,而国内的减阻工具研发工作尚处于起步阶段。鉴于此,设计了一种用于73.0 mm连续管的减阻工具,对其关键参数频率和振幅进行了计算分析,并用ANSYS有限元分析软件完成了工具的强度校核,同时通过对工具进行模态分析,得到各阶固有频率和振型。其动态性能分析结果表明:工具能够满足强度和功能要求,无发生破坏结构的危险,工具结构安全可靠。研究内容可以为我国连续管钻井技术和减阻工具的发展提供支持。 The vibration drag reduction tool for coiled tubing drilling is of great significance to the development and application of coiled tubing drilling technology. More mature drag reduction tools have been developed abroad,but the domestic drag reduction tool research and development is still in its infancy. In view of this,a drag reduction tool for 73. 0 mm coiled tubing has been designed,and the key parameters of frequency and amplitude have been calculated and analyzed. The stress check of the tool has been conducted using ANSYS finite element analysis software. At the same time,the modal analysis has been carried out to attain the natural frequencies and modes. The results of dynamic performance analysis show that the tool could meet the requirements of strength and function without the hazard of structure damage. The structure of the tool is safe and reliable. The study results could provide supports for the development of coiled tubing drilling technology and drag reduction tools in China.
