摘要
ZC1井是一口长水平段水平井,目的层为长6储层。针对长6储层埋深浅、水平段和裸眼井段长、井眼清洁困难以及井壁稳定困难等技术难题,应用胜利油田发展成熟的长水平段水平井钻井关键技术,主要包括长水平段水平井井眼轨道优化设计技术、基于井斜趋势角的钻具组合优选技术、摩阻扭矩实时监测技术、井眼轨迹控制技术、保持井眼清洁和高效润滑的钻井液技术以及地质导向技术,实现了长6储层的有效开发,同时也验证了长水平段水平井钻井技术的可靠性和先进性。该钻井技术的应用为ZB区块油田后期成功开发低渗低孔油气藏提供了宝贵的技术经验。
The Well ZC1 has a long horizontal section with the target reservoir of Chang 6. To address the issues like shallow buried depth of Chang 6 reservoir,long horizontal section and open hole section,difficulty in wellbore cleaning and stability of wellbore,the key mature technologies of long lateral section horizontal well drilling in Shengli Oilfield have been applied,including wellbore trajectory optimization design of long lateral section horizontal well,optimization of BHA based on inclination trend angle,real-time friction and torque monitoring technology,well trajectory control technology,drilling fluid technology and geosteering technology. The applied technologies have achieved effective development of Chang 6 reservoir,and also verify the reliability and advance of the long lateral section horizontal well drilling technology. The application of these technologies has provided valuable technical experience for the development of low permeability and low porosity reservoirs in the later stage of block ZB.
