高炉冲渣系统技术改造

Technical Transformation for Blast Furnace Slag Flushing System

摘要 随着高炉出渣量的增加,浮渣在冲渣系统水泵入口处沉积,致使冲渣水泵的流量减小,影响高炉冲渣系统的正常运行。对高炉冲渣系统进行技术改造,在水泵入口处管道增加连通,冲渣水主管道增设泄压阀,应用了变频技术。改造后的冲渣系统投入运行后,各项设备均运转正常,降低了设备故障率和工人劳动强度,节约了电能,降低了生产成本,取得了较高的经济效益。 With the increase of slag amount from blast furnace system, scum deposited at the entrance of water pump, causing the reduction of flushing pump flow, which affected the normal running of blast furnace slag flushing system. Technical transformation was carried out on blast furnace slag flushing system by adding connection at the entrance of water pump, adding pressure release valve at flushing water main pipeline and adopting frequency conversion technology. After slag flushing system was put into operation, all equipment ran normally and equipment failure rate and worker labor intensity were reduced.With reduced electrical energy and lowered production cost, high economic benefits were obtained.
