12例食管癌术后并发乳糜胸诊疗体会

Diagnosis and Treatment of Chylothorax after Operation for Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨食管癌术后并发乳糜胸的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析12例食管癌术后乳糜胸病例的临床资料。结果 12例中保守治疗1例治愈,手术治疗11例均治愈。结论食管癌术后乳糜胸应以预防为主,采取综合治疗的原则,保守治疗及手术治疗应根据患者不同情况灵活选择,多能取得较好疗效。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis , treatment and prevention of post-operative chylothorax after the operation for esophageal cancer. Methods Retrospectively analyzing 12 cases of post- operative chylothorax after the operation for esophageal cancer. Results Among the 12 cases, conservative treatment was used and 1 cases was cured, and other 11 patients with surgical treatment were cured. Conclusion The therapeutic principles of chylothorax after esophageal cancer operation are prevention and synthetic treatments. Conservative treatment and surgical treatment with better effect should be used differ-ently based on clinical symptoms.
