摘要 在钢筋-无机聚合物混凝土高温黏结试验中,中心拉拔试验裸露钢筋不同的包裹方式将影响最终试验结果。因无机聚合物混凝土与普通混凝土在耐火性上表现有所不同,为选择合适的包裹方式,通过逐层添加材料的方法对裸露钢筋进行包裹,然后进行高温拉拔试验及试件内部温度测量,分析试验结果得到以下主要结论:若不对拉拔试件裸露钢筋进行包裹,在高温环境下钢筋将导热进入试件内部,试件内部温度与实际情况相比约高出30%~40%,将对拉拔试验结果产生影响;不同的包裹方式对试件内部温度、极限黏结强度影响很大。通过试验分析选出合适的处理方法,为后续钢筋-无机聚合物混凝土高温黏结试验奠定基础。 In the test of bonding performance between inorganic polymer concrete and rebar at high temperatures, different treatment methods for exposed reinforcing rebar in central drawing test will affect the final test results. However, the fire resistance performances of inorganic polymer concrete and ordinary concrete are different. In order to select the appropriate way of wrapping package, rebar was wrapped by adding material layer by layer, following with drawing test at high temperature and measurement of its internal temperature. The main conclusions are as follows. Without being wrapped, the drawing test specimen will be transferred heat into along the rebar at high temperature so that its internal temperature will be higher about 30%~40% than the actual condition, and which will affect the experimental results of drawing test. The package way has a great influence on the internal temperature and ultimate bond strength of specimen. The suitable treatment methods selected by drawing test for rebar can lay firm foundation for further bond test for inorganic polymer concrete and rebar at high temperature.
