政治合法性是一个国家政治统治必须解决的问题,尤其是在国家治理现代化的背景下,政治合法性更加需要给予足够的关注。中国政治合法性危机的产生表明,建立在伦理道德、意识形态、经济政绩基础之上的传统政治合法性已经不能适应国家治理现代化的新要求。重构中国的政治合法性就是要坚持公平、正义、民主、法治的政治理念,优化制度安排,重新定义经济发展,推进意识形态的调适,努力实现社会公平正义。

Political legitimacy is a problem that must be solved for the state political dominion , and it needs more concern especially in the context of the governance modernization.The political legitimacy crisis in China shows that the traditional political legitimacy based on ethics, ideology and economic achievementshas not been able to meet the new requirements of the governance modernization. Reconstruction of China’ s political legitimacy is to uphold the political philosophy of fairness , justice, democracy, the rule of law, optimize the institutions, redefine the economic development, promote the ideology adjustment, and strive to achieve social equity and justice.
