“成长+育人+教学”三位一体——应用型工程本科教育的人才培养理念 被引量:1

摘要 应用型工程本科教育在我国是新事物,成熟的人才培养模式还处于探索中。"‘成长+育人+教学’三位一体"应用型工程本科教育人才培养理念,是在学生的个人成长和职业发展基础上开展第二课堂育人和CDIO教学。该理念的特点是打破原来职业技能教学中心地位观,把学生的个人成长和职业发展放在第一位,把育人和教学挪到第二位;开展CDIO项目教学以真实的工作项目为主,提高学生工程实践能力。
