北京大型商品交易市场向河北转移的区位选择研究

Research on the Location Selection of Commodity Trading Markets Transferred From Beijing to Hebei

利用因子分析法对河北省11个城市进行商品交易市场区位吸引力评价,通过测算得出省会石家庄优势最为明显,是最佳承接地,其次为唐山,紧随其后的是邯郸、保定、沧州,其他各市区位吸引力则较弱。因此,在京津冀协同发展过程中,石、唐、邯、保、沧应作为主力,承接北京商贸流通产业的疏解转移,其他城市则需从经济水平、产业活力等方面不断完善,才能具备更好的承接条件。

The 11 cities＇ location attraction to commodity trading markets in Hebei Province was evaluated by using the factor analysis. The data shows that Shijiazhuang,as the provincial capital,has the most evident advantage and it can be considered as the best location to undertake the commodity trading markets transferred from Beijing. Tangshan ranks No.2, after which is Handan, Baoding and Cangzhou. The rest cities are poorly attractive. Therefore, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Handan, Baoding and Cangzhou will play a more significant role in undertaking the commodity trading markets transferred from Beijing during the synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The remained cities in Hebei province need to be developed in terms of economy and relevant industries.
