摘要
运用IPA分析法,就食、住、行、游、购、娱6个方面从均值和标准偏差两个角度对影响茅山景区游客旅游体验的26项感知项目进行统计分析,运用SPSS19.0分析软件绘制出重要性-绩效表现(IPA)方格图。在此基础之上,构建茅山道教文化旅游产业链的横向延伸与纵向拓展模型,为茅山景区道教文化旅游的发展提供建设性意见。
From the perspective of tourists* expectations and perceptions, this dissertation has made a statistical analysis of 26 perception items that influence tourists* experience in Maoshan in the two directions of mean values and standard deviations from the aspects of food, hospitality, travel, visit, shopping and entertaining respectively, and has drawn out IPA cell chart with SPSS19.0 analysis software. Base on this theory, the paper has made a vertical extension form three links of planning and development of multiple cultural tourism resources, operation of tourism products and service, brand building, and also has made a lateral extension of theme tourism chains of culture, praying, leisure, health, wisdom, etiquette, festivals, agriculture, so as to provide constructive suggestions for the development of Taoism culture tourism in Maoshan Scenic Area.
