摘要
白求恩在晋察冀军区卓有成效地领导开展了医疗工作,不仅救治了大量伤员,大幅度地降低了战场伤员的死亡率,而且通过成立卫生组织、建立规章制度、普及医学生理知识等方式培养边区军民的卫生意识和健康观念,尤其针对晋察冀边区医务应用型人才紧张的状况,从实际出发,通过送课上门、集中培训和成立学校等方式培养了大量战地医用人才,不仅有效解决了晋察冀边区医务人员紧缺的问题,更为边区留下了"不走的"医疗队。白求恩在晋察冀边区培训医务应用型人才的做法对于当今应用型大学建设具有诸多有益的启示。
Bethune effectively led and developed medical work in the Jin-Cha-Ji army district, which not only treated a large number of wounded and greatly reduced the mortality of the battlefield wounded, but also trained health consciousness to border area*s soldier and resident by establishing Healthy Organization, formulating rules and popularize knowledge about medicine and physiology. What*s more, aiming at the shortage of medical applied talents, he established the training plan and mechanism of medical stuff .Bethune transformed cognitive concept and insisted to seek truth from facts, so he face to face cultivated medical personnel, concentrated on training them and set up schools and so on, which not only effectively solve the problem of the shortage of medical applied talents, but also left a medical team called “No Leaving”. Bethune' ways of training medical personnel have a lot of positive implications for the construction of applied technical university.
