摘要
配电网建设投资巨大,因此根据建设项目的技术合理性和投资效益,制定优化的投资规划至关重要。为此,从技术合理性和经济合理性两方面,构建中压配电网项目建设效益的评价指标体系,并基于层次分析和熵权混合方法,对项目建设的优先级进行综合评价,为优化配网项目投资提供定量依据。
Investment optimization according to technological rationality and investment benefit of projects is an critical issue as the huge investment in construction of distribution system. In this paper, an index system is established for quantitative evaluation of constmction projects in distribution system from the aspects of technical rationality and economic rationality. Furthermore, a mixed weighting method based on the ahp and entropy method is proposed for comprehensive evaluation of priority of different projects, so a quantitative basis can be provided for investment optimization in distribution system construction.
