摘要 随着经济与社会的发展,海上风力发电已成为可再生能源发展的重要方向,与陆上风电相比,海上风电建设的技术难度和经济成本将明显提高,是制约其快速发展的瓶颈之一。以某典型海上风电场建设为例,应用风险管理理论,针对海上风电场建设中的基础施工、风机安装、海缆敷设、升压站施工等主体工程,进行风险的识别、分析并提出相应的控制措施,为类似海上风电场施工建设提供风险管控的参考。 With the economic and social development, offshore wind power has become an important direction of renewable energy development. Compared with onshore wind farm, the difficulty and economic cost of offshore wind farm construction will be signifi-cantly increased, which become one of the constraints of its rapid development. In this paper, a typical offshore wind farm construc-tion was studied. By using risk management process, risks of the main projects including offshore wind turbine foundation construc-tion ,turbine installation, submarine cable laying, offshore substation construction was identified, analyzed and treated. The corre-sponding treatments provide good reference for the similar offshore wind farm construction and installation.
