摘要
通过问卷调查法,采用描述性分析、单因子方差分析、因子分析及雪费事后检验等方法进行资料处理,结果发现:物流人才、区域经济发展、道路物流信息化水平分别是物流企业、物流行业协会及政府管理部门对于道路物流发展政策影响最为重视的三个因子;管理水平、区域政策与经济、企业规模化、配送信息化是影响因子分类最具代表性的四个维度;年龄与职业类型两个背景因子对道路物流发展政策有一定影响。建议采取多种方式加大对不同层次道路物流从业人员的培训培养力度,加强物流基础设施和道路物流信息体系建设,提高物流园区管理运作和道路物流行业规范水平,做好区域交通体系规划并出台道路物流相关政策法规,打造道路物流规模企业、优化道路物流企业管理模式,全面推进道路物流又好又快发展。
With the help of questionnaire,the author analyzes the related material with the use of such methods as descriptive analysis,one-way ANOVA,factor analysis,and Scheffe post-hoc method. It is found that:first,logistics professionals,regional economy and the informatization level of road logistics are the three most important factors for logistic enterprises,logistics industrial associations and government departments respectively in terms of the impact of road logistics development related policies;second,management level,regional policies and economy,enterprises' scale,and distribution informatization are the most important four representative dimensions that have impacts on factor classification;and third,such two background factors as age and occupation have some impacts on road logistics development related policies. The author suggests that we should adopt diversified methods to strengthen cultivation,strengthen the construction of logistic infrastructure and road logistic information system,improve the management and operation of logistic parks and the standardization of road logistic industry,do a better job in regional transportation system planning and the introduction of related policies and regulations,establish more related enterprises with certain scale,optimize the management pattern of road logistic enterprises,and promote the sound and rapid development of road logistics.
