浅谈高速公路标准化施工管理

高速公路建设面广、线长、点多,施工机械化程度不高,属于典型的劳动密集型行业,作业人员多为专业水平相对较低的农民工,工程质量通病问题一直难以得到很好地控制。交通运输部提出以"发展理念人本化、项目管理专业化、工程施工标准化、管理手段信息化、日常管理精细化"为理念全面推行现代工程管理,促进高速公路建设施工标准化、规范化、精细化,全面提高公路建设管理水平。

The expressway construction is extensive, long, and miscellaneous and mechanization degree is low, so it belongs to typical labor-intensive work. The workers are mostly migrant workers with relatively low professional skills, and the project quality problems have been difficult to be well controlled. The Ministry of Transport proposed the idea of ＂humanized development concept, professional project management, standardized construction, informationalized management means, fine daily management＂ for the full implementation of modern engineering management, to promote standard and fine management of expressway construction and comprehensively improve the expressway construction management level.
