In the new normal, facing the competitive pressure of transformation and innovation, the sustainable development has become the direction pursued by many real estate enterprises. Sustainable development is an important part of the core value of China’s construction group enterprises, who have been at the forefront of the development of the industry by virtue of their outstanding performance in the field of sustainable development and environmental protection construction. This paper discusses how to achieve the ＂seven changes＂ to improve the ability of sustainable development of enterprises, and provide reference for related industries.
