Risk Assessment of Dairy Supply Chain Based on RFID

对RFID(Radio Frequency identification)技术下的乳品供应链运作流程和特点进行分析,并从感知层、网络层、应用层三个层次对乳品供应链的风险进行识别与分类,构建RFID技术下的乳品供应链风险指标体系;采用OWA算子风险评估方法,根据各风险发生的估计经济损失值和概率,对各风险事件综合属性值进行排序和分析,得到RFID技术下的乳品供应链存在的主要风险。最后针对风险评估的分析结果,提出RFID下的乳品供应链的风险控制的相关建议和策略,以期为我国乳品行业的发展提供参考价值。

The processes and characteristics of dairy supply chain based on RFID（Radio Frequency identification） technology are analyzed. From the three levels of perception layer, network layer, application layer,the dairy supply chain risk is identified and classified.And the dairy supply chain risk index system based on RFID technology is set up. According to the estimated economic loss value and probability of occurrence of a risk, the comprehensive attribute values for each risk events are sorted with OWA operator risk assessment methods. And the main existing dairy supply chain risk is got. Finally based on the analysis of the risk assessment results, the control suggestions and strategies about how to control the dairy supply chain risk are put forward, so as to provide reference value for the development of dairy industry in China.
