摘要
分析了现有的保证煤质化验准确性和精确性的方法和存在的问题,应用测量系统分析(MSA)评价煤质检测设备的能力,以统计学原理为依据,通过界定煤矿同一产品批次的范围,研究煤矿破坏性实验测量系统分析单样本实现多次测量的方法。借助MINITAB软件,应用测量系统分析方法综合评价检测设备的测量能力。
This paper analyzes the existing methods and existing problems of ensuring the accuracy and precision of the coal quality analysis, applying the measurement system analysis(MSA) to evaluating the ability of coal quality testing equipment. Based on statistical principle, and by defining the scope of the same product batch in the coal mine, and study on the method of single sample to realize multiple measurements in the analysis of the destructive experiment measurement system of coal mine, and introduces the repeatability and reproducibility and the variation of the ratio and resolution% data set three index comprehensive evaluation method of equipment measurement capability. With the software of MINITAB, the method of measuring system analysis is used to evaluate the ability of the equipment.
