高职教育协同创新下的职业技能竞赛研究

Research on Vocational Skills Competition in the Collaborative Innovation of Higher Vocational Education

职业教育的良性、可持续性发展依赖于其准确的定位,职业技能竞赛是职业教育的特色,以赛促学、以赛促改、以赛促建、赛学结合是职业教育的有益尝试。本文在分析了职业技能竞赛现状的基础上,进行了高职教育协同创新下的职业技能竞赛设计,提出了建立大学城资源共享型职业技能竞赛中心并构建"指导教师+学生+企业人员"竞赛模式的构想。

Healthy and sustainable development of occupation education depends on the accurate positioning. The occupation skill competition is the characteristic of occupation education. Promote study, reform and construction by competition, combine study with competition are the useful attempt of occupation education. Based on the analysis of the occupation skill competition situation, the collaborative design innovation under the occupation skill competition of higher vocational education is carried out. The idea of establishing the University City Resources Sharing Center and constructing the occupation skill competition model of ＂students ＋ teachers ＋ enterprise staff＂ is put forward.
