高职院校畜牧兽医专业推行现代学徒制人才培养模式的关键环节和根本保障是创新实践教学的体系设计、条件建设、组织实施。要以产教融合、项目导向为要领系统设计实践教学体系,以功能互补、共建共享为要求系统建设实践教学条件,以工学交替、循环递进为要义系统组织实施实践教学。

The key link and fundamental guarantee of the implementation of modern apprenticeship system in animal husbandry and veterinary specialty in higher vocational colleges is the system design, condition construction and organization implementation of innovative practice teaching. It need to design the practice teaching system with the integration of production and education, project oriented as the main points, construct the practice teaching conditions with the functional complementarity and sharing as requirements, and organize and implement the practice teaching with the alternation of work-study and circulation system cycle progression as the essence.
