摘要
研究目的:分析中得出太极拳腾空飞脚向内转体180°接提膝独立动作支撑腿起跳阶段相关肌肉的力量特点以及发力特征。研究方法:以沈阳体育学院武术院队的学生(5名)作为研究对象。采用ME6000表面肌电仪测试系统对他们在完成动作过程中支撑腿有关肌肉的表面肌电(sEMG)进行测验。研究结果:起跳阶段首先被激活放电的肌肉是胫骨前肌;胫骨前肌被激活持续时间最长,为0.64s,在起跳阶段总时间中占70.47%。腓肠肌内侧头的积分肌电值最大,为385.80±31.73μVs;贡献率为21.50%。结论:从上面的分析结果可以看出,在完成动作过程的起跳阶段中,腓肠肌内侧头肌的电值最大、贡献率也最高。所以,起跳阶段的主要用力肌为腓肠肌内侧头。
Research Objectives: This paper aims to analyze the myoelectric characteristics of the supporting leg muscles of vacating half twist inward 180 ° and knee independent action in Taijiquan, and analyze the data of myoelectric characteristic of the supporting leg muscle, so as to get the strength characteristics and the force characteristics of the support leg related muscle in Taijiquan of vacating half twist inward 180 ° and knee independent action. Research Methods: In this paper, 5 Taijiquan students from Shenyang Sport University are chosen as the subjects of the research. Muscle Tester(ME6000) is used to test the surface electromyography(SEMG) of the subjects’ supporting leg muscle, during the process of operation. After analyzing the data, we hope to find out some characteristics of related muscles, such as integrated electromyography(iEMG), the average starting time and the lasting time of electromyography, and the size of the contribution rate .Research Results.
