摘要
从《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》的视角下,对电解金属锰渣的处理与利用进行了分析。结合电解金属锰行业现状以及现有利用办法,从法律层面讨论电解金属锰渣作为固体废物的发展前景。以帮助和指导企业在法律的轨道内改进管理、清洁生产,继而收获良好的环境、社会、经济效益,最终促进我国锰业的健康、科学、绿色、和谐发展。
The treatment and utilization of electrolysis manganese residue are analyzed from the perspective of Law on Prevention and Control of Environment Pollution Caused by Solid Wastes. Combined with the current situation of electrolytic manganese industry and existing methods, it discusses the development foreground of electrolysis manganese residue as solid waste from the legal level. We hope to help and instruct businesses to improve administration and conduct cleaner production in the legal orbit in attaining excellent environment of social and economic benefits. We also hope to promote the healthy, scientific, green and harmonious development of manganese industry in China.
